Log into your ZITY account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn garments with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
